Mary Anne is a Red Seal Chef and has spent many years in the hospitality industry.

In the class we will be making Japchae (a Korean noodle dish that can be served hot or cold) and Chicken Lettuce Wraps (just like PF Chang’s!)

Learn some basic knife skills, learn some new ways to cut things up, learn how to make quick meals for busy nights!
