We like to share what our community league is up to. We applied for two grants, one from the City of Edmonton and one from the Province. We are happy to have received the one from the City of Edmonton and the other we are hoping to hear from this summer. Our goal with the grants is to redo our furnaces and air conditioning; renovate the furnace room, rink shack and equipment room, playschool area and to build a new shed. We also have our garden running again this year and we are looking forward to a good growing season. We have some great events coming up, we hope to see everyone there. If you are not on our social media, please join, it helps to keep you up to date on events and issues that happen between the newsletters. The board would like to thank all of our volunteers for helping to make our community better.

We expect our community to be very busy this summer. As usual, the park area will have baseball games, cricket games, beach volleyball games and lots of community members walking their dogs, riding bikes or scooters, and jogging. We will also have construction as there are several developments going up in our community, the largest being the one in Brentwood. Wherever and however you are going, we hope you enjoy your time outdoors and be safe as traffic increases during this time.
