Join Chef Lauren Baram, a local caterer in Edmonton with over 35 years of experience, for cooking lessons. Chef Lauren will teach participants to make a variety of traditional Jewish and Eastern European cuisine.

On March 9th, Chef Lauren will lead a lesson in making Babka, a traditional Jewish sweet bread filled with cinnamon and sugar or chocolate. In addition to cooking techniques, Lauren provides historical context as to how these foods developed.
