YOGA WITH CHAS
It’s time to shake of the Winter Blues and get going before spring is here. Join us for a 7 week Yoga class. This yoga class will combine Hatha with Gentle Flow. Hatha includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), while gentle flow is a bridge between moving in flow and staying stationary. Great program for beginners and experienced participants. Yoga will help you increase your flexibility ; increase muscle tone and
strength; improve circulatory and cardio health; helps you sleep better and much more.
Date: February 4, 11, 18, 25, March 3, 10 & 17
Time: 7:30 to 8:30pm
Cost: Woodcroft Community Members: $60 for 7 week program or $14.00 drop in*. Non-Members: $70 for the 7 week session or $15.00 for drop in*.
Location: 13915-115 Avenue - Woodcroft Community Centre
Supplies: Yoga mat (if you don’t have one we have some mats at the hall); small throw blanket; water bottle. If you have a yoga block you can bring that too.
